Saturday morning we woke early and got ready to go to the Thanksgiving Point Easter egg hunt. My mom picked us up and when we got there we were suprised to see hundreds of other people. After waiting in line for a few minutes the hunt was about to begin and we decided that it wasn't going to be worth it. So we took our money to walmart were we got a few easter things and then went to lunch. Gotta love going out to lunch! While we were at walmart the Easter Bunny was there so we got a free picture with him. I have to admit, he was a bit scary, im suprised josh did as well as he did...
A little later after Josh took his nap I took Josh to the Library for the first time. Before we walked into the library I explained to him how we need to whisper and that the library is a quiet place; the whole time we were in there he did just that. Because he was so well behaved I let him choose a couple books to check out and take home. Well you can only guess what he chose... Thomas the Train of course!
After being at the library we went home and had dinner and then decorated easter eggs. It was quite the messy project but josh enjoyed it and our eggs turned out bright and sparkly. We were very proud of them.
Needless to say we had a wonderful Saturday!
Jack and I love to visit the libiray too. Sounds like you guys had a great easter, we should hang out some time.
