St George getaway

Our great friends invited us down for a weekend in St George. It was HOT and there were fires everywhere on the way down.

Every day was over 100 degrees so we spent a majority of the time swimming.  It was so hot you couldn't step on the cement barefoot or you'd be sorry.

Rachael and I also did a little outlet shopping. This little beauty had a fever of 102 on a day that was 110 outside, it must have been torture. As you can see, it didn't stop her. She was still so excited to shop and pick out a few things, including these cute sunglasses.

We ventured out one day to the dinosaur museum. The kids were given stamps on the way in, they kept going back for more.

After watching a short movie and looking around we went into an activity room. This was the most fun part I think.

This bone skeleton is one that Rachael and Carson put together themselves. Pretty impressive i think!

After the dinosaur museum we had our worst family dinner ever at Red Robin. It was seriously the worst we've ever had and we will leave it at that. Sorry the Hirschi's had to experience it with us...

We ended up going to a branch ward on sunday and it was so strange for me when they announced after sacrament that they had no primary. So we headed on over to the temple.

We had such a wonderful time thanks to some great friends!

Our beautiful view from the condo. Breathtaking!
